Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and learn.place. We kept them short and in plain language, because terms you can actually read protect both of us better.

The agreement

By creating an account or using learn.place you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you open an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email up to date, since that is how we reach you about your account and your data.

Your content

Everything your organization puts into its learn spaces stays yours: courses, exams, learner records, certificates. You give us only the permission needed to host and process that content so the service can work. We do not access your content except to run the service, to fix a problem you asked us to fix, or where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Use learn.place lawfully. Do not use it to distribute malware, send spam, infringe someone's rights, harass people, or attempt to breach the security of the service or of other tenants. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, and where possible we will warn you first.

Payment

You can start free. Current plans and prices are shown inside the product; if a price that affects you changes, we will tell you before it applies. Taxes required by law are added where applicable.

Leaving

You can stop using learn.place at any time and export your data (reports export to Excel and CSV; ask us for anything the product does not export yet). When your account is deleted, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our promises and their limits

We work hard to keep learn.place fast, secure and available, but we provide the service "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to the service and to these terms

learn.place evolves; features may be added or changed. If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will update the date above and notify account owners for significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul. Questions about these terms: hello@learn.place.
